The brief

The organisation had a long policy document that every staff member needed to understand. The existing training was a set of slides read aloud, and people found it hard to connect the rules to their day-to-day work.

They wanted a short module people could complete at their own pace, which focused on decisions rather than definitions.

What I did

Worked with the policy owner to pick out the decisions that mattered most
Wrote realistic workplace scenarios with feedback for each choice
Storyboarded the module for review, then built and tested it

What the team received

A finished module ready to upload to their LMS, the storyboard as a record of the content, and a one-page summary staff could keep for reference.
